Service Advisor - Marine

As a rapidly growing organisation, we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. With a robust order book for new boat builds, and expansion into regional areas, we are actively seeking motivated people to join our dynamic team based in Forrestdale.

 
Position:

• Service Advisor - Marine.
• Position is based in the Forrestdale Workshop - On-site position only.

 Roster:

• 5&2 (Weekday).

Key Responsibilities:  

Carry out daily activities and operations to ensure smoother running of workshop schedules, parts ordering, customer interactions and office administration duties for our Forrestdale and Port Hedland operations.

• Frontline customer support, greeting clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Schedule maintenance and repair work, quoting, and parts ordering.
• Supporting Port Hedland Mercury dealership with service bookings and parts ordering.
• Complete administrative duties with internal departments and ensure customers are invoiced accurately and on time.
• Assist with setting up systems and processes to drive efficiency within a boat building and dealership environment.
• Assist with the mobilisation, on boarding and day to day enquires from employees, contractors, clientele, and suppliers.
• Organise flights and accommodation for site support personnel.
• Establish a positive working relationships with clientele, employees, contractors, and suppliers.
