Penrith City Automotive is seeking a high-performing, commercially driven Group Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow our fleet operation across one of Australia's strongest multi-franchise automotive groups.

About the Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a selling Fleet Manager position focused on key account development, business growth and leadership across the group fleet operation.

You will lead from the front by actively managing major fleet opportunities while supporting and driving performance across the broader fleet team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personally drive fleet sales across all group franchises
• Develop, secure and grow key fleet accounts across corporate, government and SME sectors
• Build long-term strategic relationships with major fleet customers
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across Western Sydney
• Lead and mentor an already successful fleet team
• Oversee tender submissions, negotiations and major account opportunities
• Work closely with manufacturer partners to maximise fleet opportunities
• Deliver and exceed volume, gross and profitability targets
• Expand opportunities across hybrid and EV fleet solutions
• Lead group fleet strategy with a strong focus on account retention and growth
