The Role

As our Fleet Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind fleet growth for Kia and MG. This is a role built on autonomy - you’ll manage your own pipeline, structure your day around your clients, and take ownership of your results.

You’ll work closely with our Fleet Manager and leadership team, but you’ll have the freedom to operate independently, build your own relationships, and shape your own success.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of fleet, corporate, and government clients

  • Prepare professional written proposals, quotes, and tender responses

  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with business customers

  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations

  • Coordinate fleet deliveries and ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Represent Kia and MG at events, presentations, and brand activities

  • Work autonomously while contributing to a high‑performing team environment

What we're looking for

  • Strong written communication skills (proposal writing, email communication, quoting)

  • Confident verbal communication and professional presentation

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively

  • Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or B2B environments

  • A proactive, self‑driven mindset with a focus on outcomes
