This role sits right in the middle of the network. Each afternoon you will organise the local trailer fleet for the next day while also coordinating linehaul runs heading into North.

Trucks, trailers, drivers, depots, timing.
It all comes through this desk.

If you like thinking ahead, solving problems, and bringing order to a busy operation, this role can be genuinely satisfying.

What the job looks like

Each day you will be:

Organising the local trailer fleet and daily delivery runs
Scheduling linehaul drivers for trips.
Speaking directly with drivers about run plans and adjustments
Working with depot teams to keep freight flowing through the network
Making changes when freight volumes or timing shifts
Keeping systems and records accurate so everyone is working from the same information

Some days everything runs exactly to plan.
Other days you will be solving problems as they appear. That is the nature of transport.

What will help you succeed

A natural ability to organise moving parts and plan ahead
Confidence communicating with drivers and operations teams
The ability to stay calm when plans change
A mindset that enjoys responsibility and decision making

Experience in transport allocation, dispatch, or logistics coordination will be highly regarded.

Full time position based at Park Ridge
Working hours 9 am to 7 pm
Excellent salary for the right person
