Our client, Eurocold Refrigerated Trucks, is one of Australia’s leading refrigerated transport and fleet solution providers, servicing businesses nationwide across the cold-chain, logistics, and transport sectors. With a strong reputation for innovation, operational reliability, and customer service, Eurocold continues to grow rapidly across Australia, supporting industries that rely on safe and efficient refrigerated transport solutions.
Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to support their NSW rental fleet operations from their Greystanes depot.
This is a high-impact, hands on role suited to someone with strong fleet maintenance, or heavy vehicle experience who enjoys being on the move, solving problems and working closely with depots and suppliers.
Working closely with the broader fleet team, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of a portion of the NSW rental fleet. The fleet includes light vehicles, utes, trucks, trailers, and medium to heavy vehicles.
You’ll work directly with depot teams and external suppliers to ensure vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational, while minimizing downtime and supporting frontline rental operations. Travel to regional locations across NSW will be required from time to time to conduct fleet audits and provide on-site support.
Fleet & Maintenance Coordination:
• Coordinate fleet maintenance, servicing, and repair schedules
• Liaise with depots and suppliers to ensure timely servicing and minimal downtime
• Manage accident and repair processes, including documentation and follow-up
• Control fleet costs by using approved suppliers and following internal processes
Compliance & Safety:
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date fleet documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and HVNL requirements
• Support cost, compliance, and fleet reporting
Depot & Operational Support:
• Assist with depot tasks including customer handovers, vehicle returns, and rental preparation
• Support intrastate fleet needs and occasional after-hours breakdown triage (supported by a 24/7 call centre)
• Conduct regional fleet audits as required
We’re seeking individuals who:
• Have 2+ years’ experience in fleet maintenance or fleet management (ideally 50+ vehicles)
• Hold a trade qualification in an automotive field (highly desirable)
• Have hands-on experience with commercial and heavy vehicle repairs
• Understand HVNL legislation and national registration requirements
• Are confident managing suppliers, negotiating outcomes, and resolving issues
• Have strong problem-solving skills and solid computer literacy
• Are proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Hold, or are willing to obtain, a minimum HR licence
If you’re driven, practical, and enjoy taking ownership of fleet performance while working closely with operational teams, we’d love to hear from you.
