We are seeking a highly driven and strategic LCV Fleet Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) presence within the Australian Fleet market.
In this national role, you will lead initiatives to expand fleet sales through strong partnerships across Tool of Trade, Novated Leasing, and rental channels. This is a unique opportunity to influence market share growth, dealer engagement, and large-scale fleet partnerships within a fast-evolving segment.
Develop and execute LCV Fleet Sales strategies, including market share targets and dealer performance objectives
Implement effective countermeasures for underperformance against sales targets
Communicate fleet sales strategies clearly to regional teams and internal stakeholders
Partner with the General Manager, Fleet to design and implement dealer frameworks to drive sustained fleet sales growth
Develop and manage incentive programs for Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives
Plan and manage the annual Fleet budget, including revenue targets and cost control (e.g. dealer incentives)
Ensure pricing strategies are commercially sustainable
Track and report LCV fleet sales performance and market penetration against KPIs
Coordinate pre- and post-evaluation of regional and national fleet programs, with regular reporting
Identify and convert LCV fleet sales opportunities at regional and national levels
Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet Management Organisations to secure major contracts
Drive conversion of Government and mining fleet opportunities
Collaborate with distribution teams and stakeholders to ensure optimal vehicle production planning and availability
Demonstrated experience in LCV Fleet Sales (Wholesale and/or Retail environment)
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (desirable)
Alternatively, 5+ years’ experience in sales/marketing within a major automotive manufacturer or importer
Experience in District or Regional Sales Management is highly regarded
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and planning capabilities
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and departments
Proven performance management expertise
Leadership and people development capability
Strong analytical and systems skills (Excel, Cognos, AS400)
