We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and grow key customer accounts while supporting Sales and Rental activities based in Fairfield East. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing fleet requirements, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customers receive the right equipment solutions to support their operations.

Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Develop and grow customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

  • Manage quotations, site inspections, and equipment specifications.

  • Lead and support Sales & Rental Executives to achieve sales targets.

  • Act as the key contact for customers and conduct regular account meetings.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate customer requirements internally.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, ideally in capital equipment.

  • Experience managing major or national accounts.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Some interstate travel will be required.

  • Sound computer literacy and understanding of sales processes.

  • Sales/Marketing qualification preferred but not essential.
