About the Role

As Fleet & Warehouse Manager, you will own availability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of the QLD group fleet — and keep every warehouse running tight.

You’ll lead a team of Trade Support Supervisors and Warehouse Operators — setting the standard across safety, efficiency and accountability.

What you’ll be responsible for:

·         Own the fleet – full lifecycle across 200+ vehicles, acquisition through disposal

·         Run the warehouses – stock, parts, dispatch and field support across all QLD sites

·         Lead the team – Trade Support Supervisors and Warehouse Operators reporting to you

·         Drive cost performance – fleet utilisation, cost-per-vehicle, supplier pricing and stock accuracy

·         Support the divisions – keep technicians on the road and stocked up across our multi-trade workforce

·         Ensure safety & compliance – fleet, warehouse, and WHS standards non-negotiable

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Operationally sharp – knows how to run fleet and warehouse functions at scale

• A true leader – can build followership and hold a team accountable

• Process-driven – low tolerance for variance, high attention to detail

• Hands-on and driven – not afraid to get into the detail

• A clear communicator – comfortable working across tradies, GMs and senior leadership

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years in fleet, warehouse, or logistics management — multi-site preferred

• Background in trades, construction or field services (highly regarded)

• Current C Class licence and Forklift licence (LF)

• Strong track record of building systems, reducing costs, and leading frontline teams
