MASP is a not-for-profit organisation located in Mildura, Victoria and is seeking to fill a full-time ongoing position.
The Asset Management & Fleet Coordinator, situated within the Corporate Services Team at MASP’s Pine Avenue office, assumes a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic management of MASP’s assets. Central to this is the formulation of comprehensive asset management plans, encompassing the strategic allocation of resources to ensure optimal asset performance.
Additionally, responsibilities extend to the vigilant management and review of the organisation’s fleet requirements, coupled with the oversight of corporate facilities. This entails supervision contracts integral to operations, such as those governing cleaning and security services. The establishment and maintenance of a prequalified contractor framework further characterises this role, as does participation in the sourcing, assessing, and procuring of development sites aligned with the organisation’s expansion of its social housing portfolio.
With involvement spanning the project spectrum, from project concept and initiation to successful completion and handover, this role significantly contributes to the organisation’s growth and operational excellence.
Expected commencing salary of $104,815.55 per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non-profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.
